Please read these Terms carefully before using the www.worldofconsultingllc.com website (the “Site”) operated by World of Consulting LLC, owned and operated by Giselle Sandy-Phillips (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and the Company. They govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, programs, and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or registered user. By viewing pages, purchasing products or services, or submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our services include consulting, coaching, training programs, workshops, speaking engagements, and related digital or physical materials (collectively, “Services”).

This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access and use of the Site thereafter.

Any changes to dispute resolution provisions in the sections on Governing Law, Jurisdiction, or Arbitration will not apply to disputes of which the parties have actual notice on or before the date those changes are posted.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to those changes. You are responsible for checking this page each time you access the Site so that you are aware of any updates, as they are binding on you.

2. Accessing the Site and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Site, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some or all parts of the Site, including to registered users.

You are responsible for:

3. Purchases and Refunds

If you wish to purchase any product or service through the Site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any Purchase.

We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payment and completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to provide this information to such third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for reasons such as product or service availability, errors in pricing or description, errors in your order, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

Consulting engagements require payment as outlined in the applicable proposal, engagement letter, or invoice. Eligibility for refunds, if any, will be determined by the specific terms of that agreement.

Refunds for physical products will be handled in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania consumer protection laws. Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Reliance on Information Posted

The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information and educational purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
